Brownstone Partners advised the management of Builtech Group in connection with the sale of shares as well as a management incentive program following the acquisition of the company by VDK Groep, a portfolio company of EMK Capital from AUCTUS Capital Partners AG.

Builtech designs the building transition as a leading and integrated 360° Technical Building Service (TBS) provider with a B2B focus. The company offers everything to do with TBS incl. Heating, sanitary, electrical, ventilation, automation and technical building envelope solutions from a single source to meet the demand for energy self-sufficiency and sustainability. The combined group will be active in six European countries and generate 2 bn Euro turnover with 7,000 employees.
