Brownstone Partners advised Investa Holding GmbH in connection with the formation of DATA2HEAT, a Joint Venture with GASAG-Gruppe. The newly established company will enable the use of heat from Data Centers. DATA2HEAT provides end-to-end solutions for its partners and customers and manages the planning, construction, investment, and operation of the necessary heat supply infrastructure. DATA2HEAT is investing over 20 million Euros in its lighthouse project Marienpark Berlin, to supply an emerging community of innovators with sustainable heat from the adjacent NTT Data Center. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory clearance.
