Brownstone Partners advised the management of Dataciders GmbH in connection with the sale of the group from AUCTUS Capital Partners AG to Rivean Capital and the management equity program.

Dataciders offers a broad range of services, including data strategy, data science, pre-processing of data for AI applications, software engineering, data management, business intelligence and analytics. Based in Dortmund, the group has over 500 employees. A quarter of all DAX companies are customers of the group.
