The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations (EU Data Protection Regulation, “EU-DSGVO” or Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). What personal data we collect, in what form we collect it and how we process it is summarized below. The rights to which you are entitled in this context are also explained below.

§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) In the following, we provide information about the processing of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. In this way, we would like to inform you about our processing operations and at the same time comply with the legal obligations, in particular from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context, if the inquiry is assigned to a contract, after the time limits for the term of the contract, otherwise after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are legal obligations to retain data.

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will always carefully select and monitor these service providers and inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.

 

§ 2 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights with respect to a data controller regarding personal data concerning you:

-right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 3 Processing of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website for information purposes, i.e. simply viewing it without registering and without you providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security and must therefore be processed by us. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO:

§ 4 Cookies

(1) Our website uses so-called “cookies”, but only technical or necessary cookies. The website does not use trackers. Cookies are small text files that are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your terminal device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself or an automatic solution is provided by your web browser. Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them. Other cookies are used to evaluate user behavior or to display advertising. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services. Other cookies are only stored with your consent on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, but such cookies are not currently used. The consent can be revoked at any time for the future. The legal basis may also arise from Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the performance of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the data subject.
